Meet the Artist
Aimée: The artist behind Artfully Imaginative Musings
As an introvert I have always relied on one art form or another to express my views and feelings. I am of the belief that art should evoke a feeling,
any feeling, and that there is no right or wrong way of creating art.
While growing up, my dream had been to become a professional dancer. However, when faced with an injury I channeled my focus into visual arts instead.
Mediums I explore with include graphite, charcoal, pastels, watercolor, acrylic, yarn, fabric, fiber, and photography.
My current focus has been growing my skills in graphite and charcoal drawings. Oftentimes being drawn to realism, due to the challenge it brings.
I continue to dabble in abstract and realism in paintings and drawings, as well as crochet, needle felting, sewing, calligraphy, and digital art.
